Jukebox Junkies is the creation of Marc Dauer and features Wallflowers Rami Jaffee and Ben Peeler, members of Minibar and his former band Five Easy Pieces. The music is an amalgamation of many different influences ranging from power-pop to alt-country. Dauer also played guitar on the recent debut album by Pete Yorn, and has produced songs for Minibar. He has had original songs in the movies American Pie, Mystery Alaska and The Girls Room, as well as numerous TV shows. Jukebox Junkies has been doing some support dates with Pete Yorn and the Wallflowers, while they plan a summer tour.
